Burks Diskin Real Estate, Formally Riders Realty, LLC is an independently owned and operated Real Estate Firm serving Middle Tennessee, we are dedicated to serving the real estate needs of our clients through our Committed & Dedicated Agents.

  9. Assist you in evaluating the market value of homes that are of interest to you.
  10. Prepare offers and counter offers in your best interest.
  11. Use our best efforts to negotiate the best price and terms for you.
  12. Refer you to other professionals, such as attorneys, home inspectors, lenders, etc.
